Determining a company’s financial health

Strictly Financials fellows learned how to pull apart financial statements on Thursday morning, a skill that allows them to accurately assess a company’s financial health.

Leading the session was Gary Trennepohl, president of Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. Trennepohl gave the fellows ratios to measure financial health and showed them how to use the profitability model to evaluate a company.

About the Author

Kelly is the Reynolds Center's Senior Online Producer.
