Work for Bloomberg in Mexico

Bloomberg is looking for a speed editor to work at its bureau in Mexico City.
The speed editor will edit breaking business stories on company earnings, stock market reports, mergers and acquisitions. The editor will also polish general-interest news. The selected candidate will be expected to read news releases in Spanish and English quickly, pulling out the essential financial information and transforming it into headlines.
Applicants should have:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Work experience in a real-time news environment.
A strong understanding of business, financial markets and the economy.
Knowledge of Mexico’s recent history, economy, businesses and financial markets.
Outstanding math skills.
Grace under extreme pressure.
English fluency.
