In their JournalismJobs.com listing, E&E News asks for a:

reporter (who) will set a pace in coverage of policy battles on Capitol Hill and the Obama administration, track trends in energy businesses and provide perspective on breaking news. Experience covering energy issues and Congress a must. This is NOT an entry-level position.
