The successful candidate will blog, do short dailies and front-page enterprise stories. ”Candidates should have experience with real estate or be able to demonstrate success with sourcing, analysis and number-crunching. We’ll also look for a commitment to using new technologies to develop connections with readers,” according to the ad on JournalismJobs.com.

The real estate reporter will also be ”asked to contribute some business GA stories and work occasional weekend cop shifts.”
