When I interviewed for a position with this company in 2007, I was asked to drive from my home to the newspaper’s location on four separate occasions over the course of five weeks, rather than organizing most or all the interviews simultaneously. This is despite their knowledge that I lived nearly three hours from the site.

Then, after jumping through all these hoops, I did not receive a phone call or even the courtesy of a form letter to inform me that I would not be considered for the position. I never heard from the editor again.

As an aside, I find their products to be of poor quality, even by the standards of their relative resources.
