		<description>Well said. There are so many who do international work who think that just because the lingua franca is English, this eliminates the need of learning the local language. They couldn&#039;t be more wrong. 

Fluency in another language grants you insight into that culture, perspective on your own culture, and a very real reminder that the native English-speaking do NOT rule the world.</description>
