Produce a business news podcast: Self-guided training

This hands-on session taught journalists how to record and produce a business news podcast.

“Produce a Business News Podcast” participants visited a local business, recorded audio and edited sound clips to create a polished story.

The training was held during the 2010 Society of American Business Editors & Writers conference in Phoenix.

This session was led by Mark Moran, the news director for KJZZ, Phoenix’s public radio station. He has reported for national and international news agencies, including the BBC, CBC and Voice of America.
