Shaun McKinnon: Reynolds Center presenter

Shaun McKinnon

Shaun McKinnon covers water, climate and environmental issues for The Arizona Republic, where he has reported for the past 11 years. He has produced projects tracing the Colorado River, examining the declining state of Arizona’s rivers, exposing the broken pieces of Arizona’s water-management laws and chronicling the plight of 80,000 Navajos who must still haul water.

McKinnon has previously worked in Las Vegas; Washington; Carson City, Nev.; and Logan Utah. He has won awards from the Arizona Press Club, Best of the West, Nevada Press Association and others.
