Edit for The REO Insider in Texas

Publishing and media firm The LTV Group in Dallas, Texas is looking for an associate editor.
The editor will help research, write and edit content for LTV's magazine The REO Insider. The selected applicant will coordinate with writers and freelancers, participate in magazine planning sessions and represent the organization at industry functions and shows.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in journalism or a similar field and three to five years' experience in a related job position. Applicants should have experience covering real estate or mortgage banking. Those who apply should be comfortable blogging, using social media and developing their personal brand.

Investigate business in Texas

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times is looking for a full-time investigative reporter at its headquarters in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The journalist will report on the politics of business and be expected to produce several A1 or enterprise pieces a week. The reporter will also be expected to embrace the newspaper's multimedia resources and incorporate different multimedia into his or her stories.
Candidates should have at least three years' experience at a daily newspaper as well as a background in business or government. Applicants should be proficient in computer-assisted reporting and in navigating databases. Fluency in Spanish is a plus in the application process.

Report on business in the lone star state

The Austin Business Journal is looking for a full-time reporter to write at its bureau in Austin, Texas.
The journalist will report on government, transportation and the legal system, showing the impact regulations and legislation will have on the local economy and businesses. Reporters will also cover law firms as businesses and write on business litigation such as bankruptcies. The journalist will be expected to generate story ideas, produce breaking news stories and features, create page 1 stories and attend networking and industry events.
