Reynolds Workshop: Learn How to Report on Money in Politics

by June 24, 2015

The 2016 election cycle is heating up, and more than ever, journalists need to know how to follow the money trail in political stories.

Get the training you need at the Reynolds Center’s pre-conference workshop at the Native American Journalists Association’s 2015 National Native Media Conference on July 9.

Washington reporter Eliza Carney, an investigative reporter and writer covering lobbying and political money at CQ Roll Call, will lead the session.

At the event, which runs 1 pm to 4 p.m., you’ll learn how to better cover campaign contributions, appropriations and agencies, political scandals and candidates’ financial backgrounds.

The pre-conference workshop is free, but attendees must register for the conference, and space is limited. Register for NAJA.
