Samuel Gringlas

Sam Gringlas is a politics reporter at WABE, covering campaigns, demographics, the state legislature and voting. Before WABE, Sam came from NPR in Washington, D.C. where he produced/reported for All Things Considered and helped cover the 2020 election with NPR’s politics team. Sam graduated with a degree in public policy from the University of Michigan, where he was managing news editor of The Michigan Daily. He’s a native Michigander.
