Juliette previously worked at The Arizona Republic in Phoenix, where she covered housing insecurity and homelessness in the fifth-largest city in the U.S. She wrote about Phoenix shutting down its largest homeless encampment, how a federal law caused Arizona to lose thousands of affordable rentals and how the housing crisis is making people from across the U.S. compete for scarce housing vouchers.
