Lex Doig

Lex Doig is pursuing a master’s degree in Investigative Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and is interested in writing stories that shine a light on systems that people may not understand.

As an undergraduate, Lex worked on investigative projects with the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism that revealed the lack of transparency in railroad bridge safety inspections and an absence workplace protections for aircrew against occupational cosmic radiation exposure. She is looking forward to learning how to “follow the money” to add a business perspective to her reporting.
